Track every event.
Power every result.

Browser pixels lose a third of your conversions to ad blockers, to Safari, and to every order that never touches the Shopify checkout. NDA Signal sends those events from our servers, from your own domain, with the identity attached.

What it actually does

Four things, each of which is a place where a browser pixel loses data.

Delivery

Events leave from a server

Conversions are sent through the Conversions API, the Events API and the Measurement Protocol. An ad blocker in the browser has nothing to block, because nothing is being sent from the browser.

Domain

Collection on your own domain

The script and the cookies live on a subdomain of your store, not on ours. Cookies set this way are first-party, so Safari keeps them for two years instead of seven days.

Identity

A graph, not a single session

Customers are linked by a hash of their phone number, so a returning visitor is recognised across devices. Browsing events go out with the identity we already know, not with an empty payload.

Click IDs

The ad link survives the visit

The click identifier appears in the address bar exactly once, on landing. We store it for 90 days and attach it to every later event, so a purchase three weeks after the click still credits the ad.

Truth

Every event is auditable

Each order shows which events were sent, to which platform, and the exact reply that came back. When a platform rejects something, you see its reason, not a generic failure.

Traffic

Bots never reach your pixel

Automated traffic is scored on arrival and dropped before it consumes your quota or distorts your conversion data — with the reason recorded, so the filter is never a black box.

The cash-on-delivery problem

If your customers pay the courier, the Shopify checkout is never opened. This breaks tracking in a way no browser pixel can fix.

What happens without server-side tracking

  • The order is created through the API, so no checkout page loads and the pixel never fires a purchase.
  • Meta sees browsing but no conversions, so it optimises toward the wrong people.
  • Refused and undelivered parcels are still counted as revenue, because the platform never learns what was actually paid for.

What NDA Signal does instead

  • The purchase is reported from the order webhook, which fires whether or not a checkout page was ever shown.
  • Identity comes from the order form itself — name, phone and address — hashed before it leaves, giving a far higher match quality.
  • You can report on collected revenue, not just placed orders, and see which campaign brought the parcels that were actually paid for.

When should a purchase be reported?

On a cash-on-delivery store, an order and a payment are not the same event. You choose the moment in the app, and the choice changes what the platforms learn about who your customers are.

Fastest

As soon as the order is placed

The conversion is reported the moment the form is submitted. The platform starts optimising immediately, on the largest possible volume. The trade-off: refused and undelivered parcels are reported as revenue too, so the algorithm learns from buyers who never paid.

Balanced

After phone confirmation

The purchase goes out once your agent confirms the order by telephone. Most fake and duplicate orders are gone by then. The trade-off: a delay of a few hours, and orders you never manage to reach on the phone are never reported at all.

Most accurate

On delivery

Nothing is reported until the courier marks the parcel as delivered. Every conversion the platform sees is money you actually collected. The trade-off: a delay of several days, which slows down learning on campaigns that are still fresh.

Corrective

Report early, then send the adjusted value

The purchase is reported at once, and when the parcel comes back refused we send the correction, so the reported revenue drops back to what was really collected. The trade-off: your platform reports move after the fact, which takes some getting used to.

Questions

If yours is not here, write to us — the answer usually takes a minute.

Do I need a developer to install this?

No. You install the app from the Shopify App Store, connect a pixel, and the tracking script is added to your theme automatically. It detects your product pages, cart and checkout on its own, so there is nothing to configure per theme.

How is this different from the Facebook pixel I already have?

The browser pixel is blocked by ad blockers, by Safari and by iOS privacy settings, and it never sees an order placed through a cash-on-delivery form. NDA Signal sends the same events from our servers to the platform, using a first-party domain that ad blockers do not recognise as tracking.

Does it work with cash-on-delivery order forms?

Yes, and this is the case it was built for. On COD stores the Shopify checkout is skipped entirely — the order is created through the API — so browser pixels record nothing. NDA Signal reads the identity from the order itself and reports the purchase server side.

Will my events be duplicated if I keep the browser pixel?

No. Every event carries a shared event ID, which is how Meta, TikTok and Google collapse the browser copy and the server copy into a single conversion. Keeping both is the recommended setup.

Which platforms are supported?

Meta through the Conversions API, TikTok through the Events API, and Google Analytics 4 through the Measurement Protocol, from where conversions flow into Google Ads.

Do you store my customers’ personal data?

Personal fields are hashed with SHA-256 before they are stored or sent, exactly as the advertising platforms require. We never store a readable email address, phone number or name. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Shopify sends us a redaction request and everything belonging to your store is deleted within 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time by email.

Stop paying for conversions you cannot see.

Install the app, connect a pixel, and the first events leave within minutes. No theme edits, no developer, no configuration per page.
